Tokyo International Forum B5 Lobby (scheduled)
Date and times for set-up and removal of exhibits at the Exhibition venue
Set-up: Sunday, June 3; between 13:00 and 17:00 (scheduled)
Removal: Wednesday, June 6; between 19:00 and 20:00 (scheduled)
*The exhibit set-up and removal is solely at the exhibitor's expense.
Display fees
Plan A:
630,000 yen (including consumption tax)
- System panel: 3,960mm in width, 1,980mm in length and 2,400mm
in height
- Table with a frieze board (1,800 mm in width, 600 in length
and 700 mm in height)
- Company name plate (1,500 mm in width, 200 mm in height.
The name plate shall contain the company name in English,
and the logo.)
Plan B:
315,000 yen (including consumption tax)
- System panel: 1,940 mm in width, 1,980mm in length and 2,400mm in height
- Table with a frieze board (1,800 mm in width, 600 in length and 700 mm in height)
- Company name plate (900 mm in width, 200 mm in height. The name plate shall contain the company name in English, and the logo.)
Plan C:
Space only: 262,500 yen (including consumption tax)
