We currently plan four courses for the excursion. Each
Excursion requires minimum 30 participants. Otherwise
it may be canceled.

EX-1:Meiji Shrine & Harajuku area
|
Visits will be made to: Meiji Shrine, a Shinto shrine
dedicated to Emperor Meiji and his wife, built in 1920;
Ukiyo-e Ota Memorial Museum of Art, which is perhaps Tokyo's
finest collection of Edo Period woodblock prints.

EX-2: Imperial Palace Plaza, Hama-rikyu Garden &
Akihabara
|
Visits will be made to: Imperial Palace Plaza; Hama-rikyu
Garden, which is the only surviving seaside garden of
Japan's Edo Period; The Akihabara Electric Town is the
world's preeminent playground for electronics and personal
computer buffs.

EX-3: Sumo Museum, Edo-Tokyo Museum & Asakusa
|
Visits will be made to: Sumo Museum; Edo-Tokyo Museum
which shows how the 15th-century village of Edo grew to
be Tokyo, one of the largest cities in the world; Asakusa
where old atmosphere of Edo period still remains.

EX-4: Roppongi Hills & Odaiba area
|
Visits will be made to: Roppongi Hills observatory deck
commanding a panoramic view of the metropolitan Tokyo;
Odaiba area which was originally a site for gun batteries
protecting Tokyo Bay but now a newly developed trendy
fun land of shops and amusement.

* Each Excursions may be cancelled when the number of
participants fails to reach 30 people..
* All the Excursions will be on June 7 (Thursday), starting
from Tokyo International Forum at 13:30 and will be disbanded
at Hinode Terminal Pier around 18:30.
* Excursions will be guided by an English speaking courier
guide, by chartered motor coach. Admissions are included
as per itineraries.
* Places to visit are subjects to change with or without
notice. |
