2.Banquet Dinner - Tokyo Bay Cruise -

Date: 19:00-21:30, Thu. 7 June, 2007
Banquet Fee: 8000 JPY (dinner cruise on Tokyo Bay)
** Accompanying person(s) will be requested to register for the Banquet Dinner in the participants' registration site together.
The Capacity: 500
** The number of seats is limited. Please register as early as possible on this web site. We will close the Banquet application when the application reaches the capacity limit.
Style: informal buffet style

  1. On site registration in the ship is not acceptable. Applicants must register through the Internet in advance.
  2. Since Banquet is after the conference excursions, the bus will take applicants to ship landing directly. For other applicants who will not attend the excursions, please go to ship landing on your own by 18:20

5. Receive a Confirmation

  1. If you have not registered your personal information yet, please click on the [New] button and register your personal information.
    If you have already entered your personal information when submitting your abstract, you DO NOT need to enter personal information again. Please enter ID and Password in the blanks in the login page and start from "Step 3" to complete your registration.
  2. Set ID (your e-mail) and Password.
  3. Please make registration by clicking on the "Registration"
  4. Please select your registration category and payment method.
  5. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Note: Registration by E-mail or phone is unacceptable

5.Payment Method: Credit Card Only

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

Cancellations received by 25 April, 2007: 70% of the total will be refunded.
Cancellations received on or after 26 April, 2007: No refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment.

7. Financial Support

Since Abstract Submission was closed on February 5, the application for the financial support was also closed. Thank you very much for a large number of applications.
INPC 2007 Registration Desk will plan to send the result by the end of March.

8. Entry visa assistance

For entry visa assistance, speakers are basically eligible to apply for them.
